At DAZZ, every piece of jewelry is created with careful attention to fine craftsmanship and diamond setting.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item is returned in its original condition, unworn, and in the original DAZZ packaging.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval by the DAZZ team.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personal nature of fine jewelry, the following items cannot be returned:
* Custom-made jewelry
* Engraved pieces
* Items produced to special measurements
* Rings that have been resized upon customer request
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected by the DAZZ team, you will be notified regarding the approval of your return.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered in the following cases:
* Manufacturing defects
* Incorrect item received
* Damage caused during shipping
Return Shipping
As DAZZ jewelry consists of valuable items, all return shipments must be sent using a fully insured shipping service with tracking.
DAZZ cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
