What the Warranty Covers
The DAZZ warranty covers defects that result from the manufacturing process, including:
* Issues related to diamond setting
* Structural defects in the jewelry piece
* Faults in clasps or closures on necklaces and bracelets
* Defects in joints or soldering
If a manufacturing defect is identified, the DAZZ team will inspect the piece and carry out the appropriate repair.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear or external causes, including:
* Scratches or wear from regular use
* Damage caused by impact or external force
* Loss of diamonds due to damage to the jewelry
* Loss of the jewelry piece
* Repairs or alterations carried out by a third party not authorized by DAZZ
