Terms of Sale

These terms govern the use of this website and the purchase of jewelry from DAZZ Diamonds (“DAZZ,” “we,” “us”). DAZZ is a house of diamond jewelry at the Israel Diamond Exchange in Ramat Gan, Israel, where we make engagement rings, wedding bands, earrings, necklaces, and bracelets by hand. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

The jewelry

Our pieces are made by hand in our own workshop, in 14K gold (white, yellow, or rose). You choose a lab-grown or natural diamond, along with the cut and the carat weight. Most pieces are made to order and tailored to your choices. Product images are for illustration only; slight differences in tone and finish between the photograph and the finished piece are possible.

Prices, shipping, duties and taxes

• All prices on this site are in US dollars (USD) and include insured worldwide shipping.
• Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes (such as VAT, GST, or sales tax) are not included. Where they apply, they are collected by the carrier or the customs authority of the destination country and are paid by the recipient.
• The price displayed is the price for the configuration you choose (diamond type, carat weight, and gold color). We may update prices from time to time; the binding price is the one we confirm with you when your order is placed.

Ordering and payment

You choose the design and configuration on the site and send us your request, either on WhatsApp or through the order request form. We reply personally to confirm the details, availability, and timing, and then send you a secure card payment link. Production begins once payment has been received. We do not collect or store card details on this site.

Production and delivery

Made-to-order pieces are produced in about 10 business days; we confirm the exact timing with you personally. Delivery is by insured express courier, in gift packaging, with a tracking number. Transit times depend on the destination; customs clearance may add time and is outside our control. You may also collect your piece in person at our offices at the Israel Diamond Exchange, by prior arrangement and with a valid ID.

Returns, exchanges and resizing

• Collection designs (pieces ordered from the collection as shown, in a standard size) may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging, together with their certificate. Return shipping and insurance are at the customer’s expense; the refund is issued to the original payment method once the piece has been received and inspected. Import duties and taxes paid in the destination country are not refunded by us.
• Custom pieces — rings created in the ring builder, engraved pieces, and designs made to special specifications — are made for you and cannot be returned for a refund. We will exchange or adjust them until they are right.
• Ring resizing: the first resizing of a ring is free, at any time. Shipping to our workshop and back is at the customer’s expense.
• Manufacturing defects are always repaired or replaced under our lifetime warranty, regardless of the above.

Where the consumer law of your country gives you rights beyond this policy, those rights are not affected.

Warranty

Every piece carries a lifetime manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects — setting, structure, and casting. The warranty includes service and cleaning at our workshop, and does not cover normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, or alterations made by others. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights that cannot be limited by law.

Certificates

• A piece with a center diamond comes with an international gemological certificate — IGI for a lab-grown diamond, GIA for a natural one.
• A piece without a center stone (for example, a tennis bracelet, half-eternity ring, or hoop earrings) comes with an international jewelry certificate. Side diamonds and accent stones are graded and matched in-house and do not receive a separate certificate.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, product photography, designs, trademarks, and the name DAZZ — is our property or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property law. It may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of the Tel Aviv District have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country in which you live.
